The events that happened that day would never be forgotten. There were good things and bad things. There were happy things and there were sad things. The trip taken by the honeymooning couple had been amazing thus far. And this day was going to make the trip that much more memorable.
ReplyDeleteSuzanne and Robert had just arrived in England after a four-hour flight from Norway. On the way to the hotel, the couple was able to take pictures of the beautiful countryside covered in snow. The cows were lazily hanging around while the cars modestly drove past them. Suzanne expressed her excitement for the upcoming day in a high-pitch, nasally voice. Robert was slightly bobbing his head to the music softly playing in the background. After a while, Suzanne stopped talking and all was silent in the car other than the music. The two silently reflected on the adventures they had already experienced on their honeymoon: the Australian tennis match, the viewing of the pope in Italy, and the cold nights in the Japan countryside. It seemed as if those two had experienced everything they could in a mere three weeks. The traveling from continent to continent had been extensive, but always action-packed. It seemed as if nothing could change how pleasurable the experience had been until the accident.
Robert had been driving for about thirty minutes when he suddenly go the feeling that someone was following him. The same black car had been riding his tail for about 20 kilometers, and never let another car in-between them. Robert decided to try some fancy maneuvering to lose the car, but no matter what he did, the car was still right there. He didn’t want to worry his wife, so he didn’t mention it. Suzanne knew something was wrong. She decided to take matters into her own hands, because she too had realized that the car was following them. She threw her magazine out of the window, and watch as an uncontrollable seen occurred behind her. The book flew and hit the car's windshield, causing the car to swerve and hit the car next to it. That car slammed on it's breaks causing for the eighteen-wheeler behind it to swerve, hit multiple cars, dump all that it carried, and get run off the road. The cars behind had no option other than to slam into each other one after and another, and the thirty car pile-up began. Suzanne and Robert knew the cause of the accident, but decided not to do anything about it.
Their conscious' were clean, even though they had caused injuries to a countless number of people. The accident occurred and was a tragedy. But Suzanne and Robert learned something about each other that day: they were perfect for each other. They could go on with their lives even though they were the cause of a major accident. Suzanne and Robert lived in assurance that they were meant to be together after that day.
There is well loved famous man is signing autographs after an awards show. He normally stayed at the shows till the end but he needed to leave earlier to catch his flight. It was cold and the roads were somewhat icy that day. He left in his limousine on the way to the airport to go back home when all the sudden there was loud crashes and tires screeching along the icy freeways. The limo driver slammed his brakes as hard as he could but the pile up was too close sending his limo straight into the trucks. About 10 people died in the pile up including the beloved actor. He was famous and loved around the world. Several Middle Eastern men watch the news about the crash with sunken faces when hearing about the tragic deaths. The actor was very giving and went across the country a lot to donate money and time to help those in need. People were in shock about his sudden death and the grieving process began not only for his friends and loved ones but also for his fans. After several days the Pope decided to release a dove as a sign of peace and that this man will rise above to heaven and be watching over. People saw this incredible gesture given by the pope and began to move on with morning and celebrate the fulfilling and rewarding life he got to live.
ReplyDeleteThe Dove.
ReplyDeleteThe window was thrust open, and the Pope thrust his pet bird out of the window. The crowd gasped in unison as a poor bird was hurled out into the cold Vatican air. The poor dove, having never left the house, never actually learned to fly. The creature, after flapping its wings in desperation, pointed its nose toward the ground and began its inevitable, quick descent. The ground grew closer and closer for the out of luck avian being, and the bird hit the ground with a dull thunk. Standing right in front of the unfortunate mess on the Pope’s doorstep was Novak Djakovic. The esteemed tennis player was coming to the Vatican after winning the Australian open to pray and give thanks for his luck. Now, Mr Djakovic had spent the earlier part of his life studying birds, and his love of the flying beings was second only to his love of tennis. As the bird plummeted to its death at Novak’s feet – he let out a cry of horror that is heard only when ones loved one dies, or when ones favourite sports team loses a crucial match. He ripped off his closefitting top, and revealed a chiseled set of abs that only accompany those committed to a gym, and the author of this page. His cry startled the large crowd that usually summon to watch the semi-annual dove dropping (as it has come to be known) and Novak swore revenge on behalf of the poor being.
Months later, after stewing in his own rage, Novak emerged once again to face the world and exact his terrible vengeance. After recruiting some towel wearing communists from an airport in Brussels, Novak went on to terrorize the pope, and all who had contributed to the dove’s death. They destroyed the pope’s personal truck as it went to pick up another set of birds for next month’s dove-dropping, and then went on to make they Pope’s personal cows feel uncomfortable by covering all their fields in snow. This vendetta went on until the pope recruited a soldier to kill Novak. This soldier never took off his face mask, and even posed for pictures without removing this accoutrement. Novak was eventually stopped by the masked warrior, but not before George Clooney claimed to be the vigilante and took the credit in front of the Hollywood media.
- Jonathan Hancock
The Indian men looked at Djokovic in awe. How was it possible to have such chiseled abs? Was it fair for him to take his shirt off in happiness? These were the questions that ran through their minds as they sat on a bench wrapped up in turbans and cloaks. If only they could call out to the women of their dreams by doing something so easy as taking off their shirt and screaming at the top of their lungs. Unfortunately in their country this was not the case, nor could they ever attain such defined muscles. What they did not know however is that Djokovic was a fake. In fact, he never got those muscles on his own because he was not even human in the first place. It all started when a Chinese graduate student found this new breed of cows that made them look like walking Oreos. She found that they had a certain gene that made them faster, stronger, and more aggressive. Similar to Frankenstein, she wanted to create a man that would be stronger than any other on this planet so that she could get recognition for her ingenious creation. What she did not comprehend was that this creation would be an actual man that would have emotions, dreams, and characteristics that would make him original, but at the same time functional as every other human being out there. Djokovic just happened to be stronger than every other human being, so strong that he could be labeled as the Hulk. No one would know the difference though because his appearance was that of every other man, yet more defined. On the day of his creation he went lose and caused havoc all over the world. He first managed to lift up a massive truck on the freeway and throw it into the other cars to test his capabilities, but somehow everyone in the crash made it out alive miraculously. Then he escaped to Japan where he found a firework shop and set off every one he could find around the city, creating a wonderful masterpiece of lights and festivities around the country. Little did he know one famous actor had been piecing together all these events and had always desired to own a sports team or participate in some type of sporting event. He hired a private team of detectives to research who this Djokovic was. When they came back with no results, he decided that meant that he had no criminal history, so he could compete in any sporting event. The actor found Djokovic and asked him to pick up a racket and hit the tennis ball. Djokovic did as told, and he hit the ball so hard and so fast that the actor knew that Djokovic was the man who would make him even richer. Therefore, Djokovic went on to defeat many outstanding tennis players and earned a lot of money for himself and the actor, but most of all he also got the girls. So while these Indian men looked in awe at this man standing before them, they had no idea that his whole life was one big mystery.

Driving along the dusty roads of Fallujah, Commander Liu Jing and his convoy are beginning to hear small arms fire. “Just another day in Fallujah”, says Jing. Fallujah being home to many radical Shi’a Islamists, the Chinese convoy drives slowly to increase the awareness of its soldiers. Just shy of seventy-five, the soldier count doesn’t stand much of a chance to the weapon possessing Jihadists. As they pass broken down cars, Liu notices a strange car on the side of the road. “BOOM”. Liu was too slow, the convoy had just been hit by an IED, and now all hell is breaking loose. Liu’s face is full of shrapnel, his commanding officer is dead, and there are nearly fifty enraged enemies running and shouting obscenities at them.
ReplyDeleteThousands of miles away and completely oblivious to Liu’s near death experience, Sanja, Liu’s wife, works tirelessly in China’s largest sewing factory. For she knows that the only way to stabilize her dwindling numbers of cows on her property is to keep working for the People’s Republic. As a little girl, Sanja had always come second to her brother, Huin. At the age of 15, Her parents abandoned her to take a boat to America. Sanja had worked all her life, but never under these demanding circumstances. Her only wish is for Liu to come back home from his deployment.
Sitting under the dark brown netting canopy, the soldier watches his target. A barreling eighteen-wheeler, carrying kilos of drugs, speeds down a desolate highway in northern Mexico. The soldier knows his assignment and knows what is needed of him, the extermination of this enemy vehicle. Sometimes, before killing his enemies, he wonders about his family back home. His wife is probably spinning and sewing clothing for their two daughters, who often frolic in the industrialized, nuclear power plant near their two-bedroom shack.
ReplyDeleteFighting the tears, that are attempting to ease his pain of being away from his family, the soldier begins to slowly squeeze his trigger, timing his execution perfectly. As the truck barreled past his planted mines, the soldier pulled his trigger and blew the drug infested truck sky high, instantly killing the drug-lord driver and his eldest son. These two men were hot commodities in the drug search world. Eyeing down his victim, the soldier begins to feel warmth in his heart. He knows that he hard work and inability to see his wife and kids, is helping the war on drugs.
Back home his wife’s fingers begin to hurt, her eyes turn sore, and the fumes from the poorly managed factory begins to hit her. She thinks about her husband and her worries that he may become insane and have some for of cabin fever in his army base camp, but little does she know he is at his career’s peak. Their endless working can see the strong love this couple has for one another.
The Pope refused to watch the news. He maintained that God would speak to him directly, telling him of the things that needed his prayer. He refused talk of current events, he did not want to see the newspapers.
ReplyDeleteThere was one dove, caged in the Pope's quarters, awaiting its release. This bird was like a global wish, bigger than blowing out a candle on one's birthday. Tradition stated that this bird would be prayed over with an entreaty to the heavens for peace somewhere, with some issue.
The Pope's insulation of himself and his staff against the world was proving difficult. As he stared at the dove, preening itself across his desk, he concentrated on hearing that "still, small voice." He tapped his wrinkled fingers against the hardwood, rolled his marble fountain pen in his hand, and gazed out the dove-releasing window, looking for an angel with a fly-by answer to his prayer for the right prayer. Still, nothing came.
Catholics everywhere would be getting desperate with avian aspiration. His staff, holy and patient as they were, were worried that the faith of believers everywhere was riding on this day so much that the Pope's failure to deliver would mean discontent. They knew that Indians, going to the polls in droves, would need prayer, even from a God they didn't traditionally believe in. They saw the millions of men from various religions voting on approval of their nation's Congress, a governmental act that rarely went smoothly in such countries.
Newspapers reported the return of China from their Golden holiday surrounding the New Year, but the Pope's assistants, like many across the globe, knew this meant a return to human rights infractions and sweatshop activity on the rise.
They watched drug cartel fatalities tick across the bottom of news screens, footage of the Mexican countryside littered with American soldiers and piles of nondescript narcotics. The Catholics of Mexico would certainly need their devoted supplication to the Almighty God, and to Jesús, or Jesus. Tomato, to-mah-to. We're all in the same boat, they thought. That would be a good one.
The Pope called in two of his advisors, a weathered man in his eighties and a young boy, weighted by velveteen robes, thickened by glasses and holy texts. There was silence, perhaps from exhaustion, perhaps from the weight of the entire world on their sloped shoulders. The Pope's white garments were wrinkled from hours of stationary meditation and locking on to the beady eyes of the sleek white bird.
The Holy Father turned from the bird to the men. "Our Father works in mysterious ways." They nodded, conditioned not to speak and taint the space; they did not know what heavenly events had occurred since the beginning of Papa's hibernation. "He speaks in quiet voices, and it takes a finely-tuned ear to hear Him. One must listen."
The three men looked at each other, the Pope turned his gaze between them. He attempted to read their eyes, their mouths, the wrinkles around their temples, for signs of the world's trouble. He searched for anything to decode, but they remained blank. Stoic. He saw nothing.
"Announce that I am fully prepared to release the dove."
The Pope did not even hear the roar of the people, his prayers, the chanting. The wind numbed his cheeks and his ears. His hands didn't even feel the dove's sleek feathers as he cupped it in his hands, and it occurred to him he didn't even know if the dove was a boy or a girl. Where did they get these creatures?
He held the bird for effect, and dug through his mind for a prayer. The Middle East...there's always something there. That war, some explosion. Fail-safe. Peace comes and goes, they will get their day. At any rate, the dove flies, and I have another year to think about it.
He listed all the countries in the Middle East he knew of, and let fly the dove, watched it melt into the sky, white into gray, and closed his window tight.
A man, who is obsessed with one thing and one thing only, tennis. He was in the championship round and it came down to this last play. would he do it? would he defeat his opponent or make the wrong move and loose painfully? Here it was, he hit the ball across the court staying in bounds slightly, and as his opponent dives for it, he misses the ball and he wins. He is ecstatic and overjoyed and begins to rip his shirt off. For his winning vacation he decides to get into his huge truck which is like his limo, because in the inside of his big eighteen wheeler, are tv's, couches, and a kitchen, almost like an RV, and takes a trip to Cabo, Mexico. Finally as he's in mexico he has to drive through the not so safe part, as they are driving, suddenly a huge reck happens and the truck goes flying and summer salting. Everyone else in that truck died except for this man. Wounded, as he limps off on his broken leg and injured body, notices all the soldiers standing guard. He then realizes getting help will not be easy. He is in one of the most dangerous parts of the world. He was stranded and scared to death. He tried to remain calm and he pictured the peaceful memories he had from back home in the middle east, when the pope would release the dove, and how surreal it was. Suddenly has his mind came back to reality he realized that everything was about to change for him. He heard gun shot ring out, he began scared and carried his limp, non working leg and ran off. He sat behind a brick wall hoping for someone to find him and bring him back to america to help him. an hour later a american soldier found him passed out with blood around him. He gathered his friends and put him in a helicopter and when the tennis player woke up he was in a hospital nursed back to health.
ReplyDeletePeople were going about their business, walking their children to school, heading to work, while some were already busy working in their factories. Suddenly, the earth shook, feeling like an earthquake, and a loud explosion followed in the immediate area. Everyone fell to the ground and others were trying to run in the opposite direction, while the area echoed with screams. People were talking fast, and panicking too much for anyone to understand what just happened. I just left for work and was on my way to grab a bite to eat before entering the office. I decided to walk in the direction of the explosion. The further down I walked, I noticed everyone’s faces staring in one certain direction. I slowly turned noticing a turned over 18-wheeler, broken into pieces, which looked like it had previously been on fire. Men were lining up in awe, just staring, could not even bring themselves to turn away. Ambulances, fire trucks, and police soon came racing. A few minutes later, soldiers came piling in the area, clearing people that were to close. They were use to things like this happening in Mexico, but usually this specific area was safer than others and minimal crime typically did not occur around here. Soon after, soldiers were spotted. Not knowing what happened for sure, people already knew who was involved. The cartels now used this small town as highway for drug trafficking. People who thought they were in one of the few safe areas of Mexico were wrong. The soldiers bombed the 18-wheeler because cartel members were firing on the citizens while passing through with an untold amount of drugs. There were four in the vehicle, and more drugs than anyone could imagine. Among civilians, one was dead, four severely injured, and ten minor injuries. I could see the terror in the children’s eyes, the pain in the parents faces, as they realize anything could happen and there was not one thing that they could do to protect those they love most.
ReplyDeleteThe unforgiving pavement is littered with debris. Deformed and burnt sheet metal lies in front of the firemen, smoke rising as another body is removed from a flattened vehicle. The panic of this accident is over; replaced by a newfound feeling in each fireman’s mind, hope. They hope that this body is the last to be discovered, that there is no more death to find in this heap of automotive wreckage. As they search, survivors gather on the side of the road. Their bodies warmed by the red blankets administered by the firemen. Their expressions are analytical. They cannot quite grasp the reality of what they just went through, they do not want to believe that it is real. The search is called off and the firemen begin to pack their equipment. The newscaster enters the frame, and she somberly states, “On a happier note, Novak Djokovic pulls a career making win at the Australian Open”. Drew stared at the television and laughed. He was amused at the fact that the news tried to distract from the tragic accident by highlighting a sports triumph. He wondered to himself if anyone else noticed this, if anyone else felt like the world was an emptier place without the ten victims of the terrible highway crash. Back on the screen, the newscaster talks about the interesting weather of the last week. Drew grabbed the remote and muted the noise. He began to drift into thought, remembering a childhood memory. He too was in a crash similar to the one on the news. All of his life, Drew had taken his survival for granted, he was too young to realize the seriousness of his situation. Seeing what could have happened gave him insight. He now appreciated his life in newfound way. He cherished it because he knew that it could be taken away at any second.
ReplyDeleteA Day in Pictures Story
ReplyDeleteWrapped snugly in a red blanket speckled with stars, a woman gaze pierces the cold air. She is engaged in an intense one on eight staring contest against roughly half a dozen men. The stakes are high, too high. There is more than just pride on the line in this contest, but also cows. And not just regular cows, snow cows. These rugged animals are the last three among their fabled kind. The legends suggest that he who possesses a snow cow will hold an ancient power that has yet to be rivaled. As they fell one at a time, it was finally down to one man staring back at the woman. By chance, a white dove was flying over that had been released from the Vatican earlier that day by the Pope. Fate would have it that the dove dropped a number 2 right onto the shoulder of the last man in the contest, distracting him just enough to force a blink. Victorious, the mysterious woman herded the three animals into the back of her eighteen-wheeler and headed for Hollywood, the location of the secret Order of the Snow Cow. The order’s leader, George Clooney, would protect the woman and her newly acquired livestock. But, waiting for the woman was a squadron of soldiers ready to ambush her on the highway. As she neared the hot zone, the soldiers sprang into action, disabling the large vehicle. The woman was detained shortly and later released. As for the snow cows, it seems that in all of the confusion the three mythical beasts escaped by means of a rainbow and have not been seen since.

The mission was clear, detain the bird whisperer before he releases the great white dove. This was not just another assignment for the solider he would have to execute the mission without the help of his team. Just days earlier his team was killed in an 18-wheeler accident en route to the base in South Carolina. Time was not on his side as the bird whisperer was set to address his followers and all the men and women that worshiped the great white dove. Every year the bird is released at this gathering to be set off on its journey to the north. When it returned last trip there was reason to believe it had caught a very deadly disease that could be transmitted to other animals if they came in contact. For years this group of bird worshipers had been under surveillance for various extreme activities. That is why the Italian government hired the solider that had experience in dangerous animal takedowns. What sparked this suspicion was the decline in mountain cows in northern Italy. What used to be cows as far as the eye could see was now a field with less than 100 cows. The reason the solider was necessary was because of the belief of the bird worshipers, they believed if the bird had spread a disease it was what their god wanted and survival wasn’t important because the bird echoed what the actions of their god. As the solider arrived in Italy it was the day of the gathering and thousands people stood under to watch the bird whisperer release the dove. With such short notice and supplies being destroyed in the truck accident the solider only had his camo gear and looked a bit odd in the crowd as he would have to get near the bird whisper and his entourage who wore all white. As he approached the first line of the whisperers security detail he said he was part of crowd control so they let him pass. The next checkpoint was before the room, which the speech was being given, and the location of the bird and the whisperer. They would not let the solider in and the bird was released from the hands of the whisperer and left the crowd celebrating with joy but left the Italian government shocked and worried of what might be.
ReplyDeleteThe U.S. soldiers were on the prowl when viewing a stream of 18-wheelers go through U.S. customs. One truck in particular caught the eye of Sgt. Charlie, a U.S. soldier covered from head to toe in camo. The truck read: “Shelby’s Ice.” The group of soldiers found it odd that there was an ice block company truck driving from Mexico to Phoenix, Arizona. Sgt. Charlie quickly messaged an officer by the cargo check station. The smugglers in the truck knew there was communication occurring between the officer and the soldiers on the cliff. The driver quickly floored the car, kicking dirt and debris into the eyes of the officer. The officer abruptly yelled for help as his voice echoed into the depths of the dessert. Soldiers quickly rushed to the scene. The truck was now around 40 feet away from the U.S. troops, going full speed ahead. A soldier quickly threw a plasma grenade toward the direction of the truck. The grenade caught the wind and was able to land on the cargo container of the truck. Within minutes, the trucks container burst into flames, ferociously spinning the truck off course. Military units quickly moved in on the crash scene and pulled out the survivors. 9 men were retrieved from the container and were quickly handcuffed. The men were dark skin, some of whom had turbans and were wrapped in blankets. Each man held a metal chisel, and to the cops amazement there were 9 large ice blocks. A soldier took their identification card and typed it into the system as another soldier started loading them up in an armored truck. The men didn’t have the necessary papers and documents needed to move ice across the border. It was later discovered that the 9 men were Ice sculptist and most known for their piece “The Glass House.” The glass house was a house carved out of ice that took 4 years to carve. The house now serves as a museum with thousands of visitors a day.
ReplyDeleteMany men with a distinct foreign heritage daze out into the world. As these men look on their minds begin to wonder. Each man has something different that is concerning him at the moment. Whether it is their family, their country, war, a disaster or their farm, they all have worries and chores to take care of. One man, in particle, is concerned over recent news that he heard that is happening back in the United States. A severe car crash took place killing almost a dozen people. This event worries the man because he knows that his relatives who live in the United States were traveling on the same highway during same time period that the wreck took place. He hopes and prays that his family is safe and out of harms way. The second man thinks about soldiers and of the war currently taking place inside his country. He wonders if the soldiers will ever leave his homeland. Although he understands why the soldiers are there, he would like nothing more then for his country to be free of all its battles and begin to rebuild and move toward a better life. The third man is a farmer who worries about his cattle back at the fields. He knows that if the cattle are not health he will not be able to sell them. If the cattle cannot be sold his family would have to suffer for an extended period of time. If there is no money earned for the cattle the father will not be able to feed his family or pay for the house rent. As the day goes on each man hears the resolution to whatever was on his mind. The first man learns that his relatives were not on the highway during time of the wreck and are safe at home. After watching the news, the second man hears that not only are the troops preparing to leave his country but the government has also agreed to form a new and better government for the people. The third and final man arrives back at his farm and sees that his cattle are very healthy and will be able to be sold for more than any other livestock he has had before. Each man hears a conclusion to his problem that is positive and none of them will have to suffer.

“Germany wins!!! For the first time in 20 years Germany wins the Winter Games.”
ReplyDeleteThe announcer yelled over the roar of the crowd cheering and rushing onto the field to engulf their champion Strizer, who had fallen to his knees in the middle of the soccer field. However up in the presidential box, Will, a famous American movie star sat amongst other disappointed Australian fans who were promising themselves that next year would be better for them. Will disappointed by his teams lose decided to leave earlier than planed for his trip back to the states. Outside the heated stadium, the London chill torn at him, his thin jacket did nothing to protect him through the frost. The weather had taken a turn for the worst in the short 3 hours he had been watching the game. He hoped that the change in weather would not affect his departure. He hoped to make it back to LA in time for the benefit concert, which was sure to lift his spirits. Soon he was in the warmth of his car and yelling at the driver to take him to the private airport and call ahead to ready the private plane for take off.
Soon they arrived at the airport. However, the plane was not ready nor would it be for sometime, because a thin layer of snow covered the ground and more snow was falling.
“Perfect.” Will muttered to himself as the sloutched into his seat.
“You might want to get inside and wait out the storm.” The driver suggested over his shoulder. “Looks like it might be a while, and I best be going before the car cant make it out of here.”
Will had no desire to go anywhere in the cold, but felt bad keeping his driver here. Gathering courage, Will grabbed his bag, pushed the car door open, and ran for the airport lobby. The cold bite at his exposed skin and numbed his body. He burst through the lobby doors and was greeted by a mass of people cramped into the small lobby space wrapped in German red blankets trying to protect themselves from the cold. Will headed to the corner to wait it out the storm. Eight hours later Will still waited in a more crowded lobby waiting for the storm to end. The static of the TV started announcing the 75th Fireman Benefit Concert. Will watched as the stars rolled up in limos and walked down the red carpet signing scrapes of papers adoring fans thrust in their face.
“What a great day.” He thought to himself.
In the rolling hills of the United Kingdom, I find myself out of place. As an American soldier normally stationed in Mexico I was forced to flee the country after being set up as the cause of a multi-car crash. The Mexican government followed me to a local gathering where I attempted to blend in to the environment. Wearing a poncho, I hid in a supermarket where I watched Novak Djokavic beat Rafael Nadal. All of a sudden, I saw an American actor who asked if I wanted his autograph. Confused, I had no idea how to respond. The next thing I knew, the actor laughed and shot a dart out of his pen into my neck.
ReplyDeleteI woke up with an intense migraine headache. In a daze, I was able to figure out that I was stuck in an interrogation room. Left alone, I took out my lock picking set from my sock and used my trusty tension wrench to unlock the door. Stealthily I snuck around what appeared to be a factory. I saw a Chinese woman working and asked her what she was doing. Immediately, she started shouting at me and ran away. I pulled my knife out of my boot and prepared for the worst. I found the breaker box and cut the fuse. All the lights in the building went off. I laid prone under a table for an hour to wait for my eyes to get used to the darkness. Once I felt comfortable I maneuvered myself out of the building and hotwired a car to the nearest airport.
When I landed in the United Kingdom, I realized multiple Interpol agents were following me. I grabbed a small Japanese woman and held her as hostage as I ran through the airport. Outside, I stole a car from a man who was attempting to load his luggage. With the Japanese woman, I drove down the highway as far out into the winter countryside as I could. Soon I realized there was no escape. I had 3 helicopters on my tail and road spikes were set up 500 feet in front of me. In a quick second decision I jumped out of the moving vehicle and rolled a few feet breaking my arm. Now, as I run for my life into the hills I see a dove flying above my head. I stop and turn around toward the helicopter planning to give myself up.
“BOOM”
I fall motionless to the ground.
Different military guards have been watching over the drug wars going on around the world for years. Many have lost to the corruption and power of the many drug lords. One man has been secretly working with government forces to become friends with different drug lords to secure information from these corrupt drug practices. This actor has been forced to become a public icon in order to secure his safety. The drug lords feel comfortable with him because he is a celebrity. He received information that shipment of drugs from Cuba was supposed to drive through Florida to an unknown source. The guards were supposed to track the cargo discretely but the Truck crashed and took out some of the guards and other civilians. The drug lords were on to this celebrity. He had to leave and go to a discreet place. He traveled to Northern India because the turmoil there would cover up his presence. The people there were more involved in political issues than his fame. Once he arrived there he was put in a safe house only to be captured by one of the biggest drug lords around. This drug lord called different agencies to set up a ransom. They wanted to make the exchange in Japan, neutral territory for both parties. In Hokkaido, Japan at 7pm at the Lake Shikotsu Ice festival they wanted to make the exchange so that it was in public. The secret exchange went smoothly until the operatives realized they were surrounded by nothing but a cleared out festival. The sounds were too eerie and quite. They went to the exchange point to realize that The celebrity had double crossed them and gone to the dark side. He was armed and ready to take them all down in order to save himself. The corruption of drugs had spread to the one person they trusted. Could the government ever really win this war? Killed by their own ally, they retreated and vowed to stop this from every happening again and that they would take their revenge.
